Brand experience and storefront for Sepia, built as a product showcase where presentation carries most of the commercial weight.

A brand-led storefront inverts the usual priority. The catalogue is not large and the buyer is rarely comparison shopping, so the site is not competing on filtering or search depth. It is establishing that the product is worth the price, and that judgement is made from typography, spacing, imagery, and the general impression that care was taken.

Which makes restraint the main technique. Generous whitespace, a limited type scale, and a small number of deliberate interactions read as confidence, while dense interfaces and constant motion read as a business trying too hard. The engineering effort goes into making a simple thing load instantly and behave perfectly across devices, which is harder than it sounds.

Built with Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS. Responsive throughout, with image handling tuned so the visual quality that carries the brand does not cost the load time that would undermine it.
