Human resources platform for end-to-end workforce administration, in use at more than five companies across different industries.
Attendance supports manual and automated marking across multiple shift patterns. Leave management handles requests, approvals, balances, and accruals. Payroll processing reads from both, so salary calculation reflects what actually happened rather than what was scheduled. That chain, attendance into leave into payroll, is where HR systems usually break, because each stage has exceptions and the exceptions compound.
Multi-branch operation is built in rather than bolted on. Employees belong to specific branches with appropriate access levels, and timetable management accommodates varied work patterns including rotating shifts. Rotating shifts in particular are the detail that separates a system that survives contact with a real workforce from one that assumes everybody works Monday to Friday.
Analytics and reporting surface attendance trends, leave utilisation, and workforce costs, with export paths into accounting and external systems. Most HR teams already have a finance system they are not going to replace, so being a good citizen at the boundary matters more than owning the whole stack.
Built with TypeScript, React Native, Node.js, and PostgreSQL. React Native carries the parts employees touch, since attendance marking has to work from a phone on a factory floor rather than from a desk. Running in five companies across different industries is the useful signal: the shift and approval models generalised, which is the thing you cannot know until somebody else's operation is running on it.
